Deactivate A Quicken For Mac Account

Quicken for Mac 2017, Will not connect to my bank, I was told I need to DEACTIVATE and then reactivate, but can not figure out how. Support told me to click, account>settings>Video edit software for mac free download best ones. troubleshooting, HOWEVER there is no 'troubleshooting' button to be found anywhere.

So this must be info from QFM 2016 they are working from, One hour on Chart with Support and they just kept saying the same thing over and over again, no help there. It happens when your password changes at the FI and you update it in Quicken. You can try to deactivate the FI account in quicken by going to Tools/accounts/DEACTIVATE (button at top right).
