Onedrive For Mac Not Responding
This worked for me, even if you can't quit Onedrive from the menu bar: Reset OneDrive • Exit OneDrive. • Find OneDrive in your Applications folder • Right-click and select “Show packaged contents” • Navigate into the Contents/Resources folder • Double tap on ResetOneDriveApp.command or ResetOneDriveStandaloneApp.command • Start OneDrive and finish the setup process. Note: When choosing location, remember to select the previous OneDrive syncing location. This means your files won’t be downloaded again if they haven’t changed. I found this issue to do with an external monitor; external monitors seem to cause a bunch of issues with Mojave FYI, like mouse stutter when some animation/videos are played in safari. Anyway, this issue cannot be fixed by unplugging and replugging the monitor; however, if you need to get to preference or see how a sync is going, unplug your monitor and right click will now work on the oneDrive icon.
Workaround until MS fixes it, and if you have a ticket open with MS tell them how to reproduce the issue with a second monitor. For me the second monitor is stacked on top of the laptop monitor, duno if orientation alignment has anything to do with repro. Sounds like my problem since upgrading to Mac Mojave on my MacBook Pro 2016. Despite using the latest OneDrive App, with external monitor - LG Mac approved 25 inch display), repeated uninstalls and reinstalls, the icon does not respond to right clicks and hence a dead in the water situation. Disconnect from the external monitor, and everything works. IS MICROSOFT WORKING ON THIS? Does anyone know any workaround so I can use my external display? ( provides the only way to uninstall the OneDrive while connected to the external display, but when the app is reinstalled, it does not fix the problem above.

Older versions of OneDrive and OneDrive for Business may not display sync icon overlays on files and folders. Newer versions of OneDrive and OneDrive for Business check automatically, but Windows only supports a finite number of icon overlays.

As I said, the only fix is to not use and external display, not entirely a satisfactory solution).
On the same page, click the notebook icon to open the renamed notebook in OneNote Online. In OneNote Online, click the Open in OneNote button near the top of the page to open the renamed notebook in OneNote for Mac. I really like OneNote but I changed the default font and yet every time add a Heading 1, 2, etc. I have to go and change the font on each heading. Can you please fix that. Nice to have -- Also, is there anyway to make the default font change retro active. Notice the highlighted note's title and the title of the related page preview. Same initial body text, different title. This happens all the time in this note, usually with the 5-6 oldest notes in that tab. When I click on a different tab, then click back to this tab, all seems to be corrected. Looks like it may be only in that tab. Change the default font in OneNote for Mac. On the menu bar, click OneNote > Preferences. In the dialog box, click Edit & View, and select the font. Changing the default font size applies to note text only — not to page titles.
