That's probably a poor comparison, but that is the one that I overcame. If I were going to complain, the bass on the headsets could use a little more emphasis - but that could be Linux talking again. Great headset for short periods When I got these I was happy with the sound quality, accuracy of the mic and it's positioning and the functionality of the volume and mute controls.

After a few days of use, the cushion design began to cause discomfort and I found myself constantly adjusting the position of the headphones just to make it through the day. Each ear muff is on a pivot that allows for some fitting to the angle of the ears but not enough to allow for day long wearing. About two weeks into use, mute illumination along the cord stopped working so you end up having to blow into the mic to make sure it is off/on. I would only recommend these for short interval use and for that, they are great.but I would absolutely not recommend for long term use.
