Error Code 10009 Sync Error For Outlook Mac

I am getting a Sync Error for Outlook on Mac. The error code is 1025. The error comes from my business e-mail account (not the Gmail). I am still able to receive and send e-mails from that account but getting this Sync error message every few minutes which is disturbing. The error says: Client tried to access nonexistent namespace. (Mailbox name should probably be prefixed with: INBOX.) (0.001 + 0.000 secs). I did check the account setup as er the hosting site instructions and everything looks good.
