Change Font Colors For Inbox In Mac Outlook

Inbox

Hi, In Outlook 2016 for Mac unread messages have slightly bold blue text but it is quite subtle. Mac os x theme for windows 10 deviantart. I cannot see any way to change this in Outlook's preferences. I also checked in my Mac's 'General' preference pane ( > System Preferences > General) and changed the 'Highlight' colour incase Outlook's setting is dictated by the system but it is not.

I experimented with Outlook Rules but adding a Category Colour to all messages is also subtle and the obviously the colour tag remains despite changing the unread to read status. Does anyone know if the colour for unread messages is dictated by a variable in a Plist file that I maybe able to edit or use a defaultwrites command to? Thanks in advance.

To organize your Inbox in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 using color and font size, go to the Tools menu and select Organize. This opens the Organize box. If the Inbox is open when you select Organize, then the Organize box is called Ways to Organize Inbox, as shown in Figure 1.

The Ultimate Guide to Office 365 Ah, the Office 365 blue. Love it or hate it, you see a lot of it when you use various Office products, especially Outlook 2013 and 2016. The blue color shows up prominently in your Outlook 2013/2016 inbox when new email messages come in, with a bold blue subject line and a blue bar indicating an unread message. Outlook 2013 and 2016 will allow you to use Conditional Formatting in your inbox so unread messages will appear with whatever color and font style you like–you don’t have to stick to blue. Watch the video above or follow these steps: • From the View tab in the ribbon, select View Settings. • Click Conditional Formatting. • With the Unread messages view selected, click Font.

• Choose whatever font style, size, and color you like.
